Estée Lauder BCA Campaign

5 Estée Lauder brands are teaming up to support the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign and to raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Aveda, Clinique, Darphin, Estée Lauder and Origins all released one (or more) of their products in a limited edition pink ribbon packaging. 

According to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation screening and providing early detection increases survival rates, but also minimizes the chances of needing a mastectomy or requiring chemotherapy. So starting in your 20s, get an annual checkup and breast exam by a doctor. Next to that you also need to do self-exams on a regular base.

The Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum is one of the most well known serums, and it took a spot in a lot of women their routine. Recently Estée Lauder came out with an Advanced Night Repair mask, so of course I tried it out!

DIY Face Mask & Scrub

Demak'Up created a challenge to try and make a DIY detox water and a mask because a lot of women don't have a skincare routine yet and see cleansing/scrubbing and masks as unnecessarily extras. I accepted the challenge, because making a mask myself was high on my to-do-to-blog-makeup-bucket-kinda-someting list. So this is the mask I came up with, it's a mask/scrub hybrid.

GIVENCHY - HYDRA SPARKLING

I got a giftbox (for my birthday again, yay!) with the Givenchy Hydra Sparkling moisturizer and two samples of the eye cream and night mask. It was the first time I tried out some Givenchy skincare, and I liked it! 

CLINIQUE - TURNAROUND

Clinique has gotten a prominent place in my beauty routine. They just released a new product in the Turnaround family: the Daytime Revitalizing Moisturizer and of course I needed to try it out! 

CLINIQUE - PORE REFINING MASK

What better to do an a lazy Sunday than treating yourself with a little spa-time? I did exactly the same last Sunday and I tried out a new Clinique mask: the Pore Refining Solutions Charcoal mask.
