The reason why I haven't been blogging lately is that I opened a webshop! I opened a webshop with all of my favorite budget-friendly brands. And of course, I couldn't resist to shop a few products myself, so let's take a look at my Beauty & Bobs haul.
The first things I went for? Lipsticks and highlighters of course!
I got the cheap W7 highlighter (that looks a bit like Benefit), and two MeMeMe highlighters. These are both incredible pretty. You know how I love the Guerlain pearls, and these are little bronze rocks that you can use as a highlighter or bronzer. So apart that the form is supercute, they also give off the prettiest gold/bronze shine. Big fan!
For the lips I got my first LA Splash ever, and to be fair, I personally like The Balm and Gerard Cosmetics way more. But it is a very nice color though. I also got Smother by Sleek, a dupe for MAC - Rebel, but I have yet to try this one! The Sleek christmas collection just arrived in the shop, and these Glitter Me Glosses are part of it. These are very pretty, are not sticky and feel nice on the lips.
I will swatch all of these products later for you, in this post I focused on the palettes.
The W7 The Nudes palette is such a cute little palette, and so easy to take with you, that I just had to have it. The pigmentation is definitely fine for a completely matte eyeshadow. This one only costs €5,99.
Clearly it was a long time ago that I shot photos for the blog, because I didn't got a full or clear shot of the Up In Smoke colors. I didn't got this palette myself actually, my mom got it for herself. As you might remember she loves blue-greyish shades and she saw some pretty shades in this palette. The colors are all well pigmented, except for the pink shade. (But hey, who likes bright pink anyway, we'll settle for a soft pink.)
Two months ago I got a MeMeMe dew pot in my Deauty Box and I loved it so much. So of course I got 3 extra shades and a back up for my Woodland Truffle. They are cream eyeshadows, easy to apply and just look at the swatches: perfect for the holidays, right? These perfectly pigmented, sparkly eyeshadows only cost €9,95.
The Balm cute samples
One thing I haven't talked about -but really need to- are the candles. These are handmade, sustainable candles in amazing scents. A lot of them already are sold out, but two of my favorites are still available: Thai Orchid and Kiwi & Tolu. Apple Pie is a very, very popular scent. Glass jars and travel candles are sold out and there are only 2 pillar candles left, so hurry hurry!
Now I'm very curious, what do you think about the shop? And for Belgium and The Netherlands: add your favorites to your cart! ;)
