Part 2 of the Zoeva Spectrum collection today, 2 of the pretty brand-new eyeshadow palettes.
There are 3 eyeshadow palettes in this collection: Cool, Warm and Nude Spectrum. They all exist of 15 colors.
When the earth spits fire. The Warm Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette is inspired by the spectacle of an erupting volcano. It has matte and shimmering ash brown and rock gray earthy shades combined with lava-like hot terracotta based hues and dark mauve tints.
There are a lot of finishes combined in this palette: matte, satin, duochrome and pearl. There are about 3 matte shades that aren't as pigmented as the rest, but still really good though. The combination of colors is pretty unique, that's what I love most about it. I also adore those shimmer and pearl shades, WR060 is my favorite.
The second one I have is the Nude Spectrum Palette. This palette reminds of the wild breathtaking beauty of the desert. It has an assortment of earth toned and subtle sandy shades. The shades with gold, bronze and copper reflections are just like a mirage in the Sahara.
The finishes in this palette are matte, satin and pearl.
My first impression was "okay another nude palette". But the swatches absolutely blew me away. All of these (except for the black one) are crazy pigmented. This is Zoeva as I know it. And the colors also look so much more special swatched than in the palette. This will definitely become one of my go to palettes.
Zoeva - Warm Spectrum Palette (€35)
Zoeva - Nude Spectrum Palette (€35)
Based on the colors of the palettes Warm Spectrum stole my heart, but it was Nude Spectrum with whom I really fell in love. The colors are all pigmented and easy to use and blend. The price is also really good, it's a bit more expensive than the regular Zoeva palettes, but you get 15 original colors, so its not that much when you think of it.
Conclusion: the Zoeva Spectrum collection is fully approved and pretty amazing.
